In this workshop you will create a beautiful ink and resin artwork created on a plywood canvas.

The techniques covered are:

How to use alcohol ink on a porous surface

Composition and colour

Creating depth in an artwork

Resin flood coating an artwork

Types of resin and techniques

The workshop includes lots of practice using inks so that you can work on the techniques before you start your final piece.

At the end of the workshop you will have learnt all of the above techniques and feel confident to create at home.

Your finished artwork will be a 30 x 40 cm timber canvas.

Please note that due to the use of resin in this workshop your finished piece will need to be left at the workshop and will be ready to pick up 1 week later as the resin needs to cure properly.

Material packs will be available on the day.

Location of this workshop will be in Port Macquarie and the address will be sent to you via an email the week before the class.

Please note this workshop is NOT suitable for pregnant women and children and is only available to students 15 years and up.
