The is having its first go from Friday 5 June 2026 at 6pm until Monday 8 June at 2pm, right in the June long weekend. Its on at Kendall Hall and Laurieton Hall in Kendall and Laurieton, Camden Haven postcode 2443, which is an easy drive from Port Macquarie. Think workshops and recitals blending spoken word, poetry, composing, classical, jazz and musical theatre, because apparently words and music have been eyeing each other off for years and needed this blind date.

Tickets range from ten or thirty bucks for single events, multi passes in between, up to a full festival pass at 180 dollars. No pressure to commit, just wander in for the bits that dont make you nod off.
