Budding artists between the ages of 5 and 18 living on the Mid North Coast are invited to submit a portrait for the Young Archie competition, as part of our family-focused activities for the Archibald Prize 2023 regional tour.

The portrait should be of a person who is special to the student - someone who is known to them and plays a significant role in their life.

The four age categories are:
5-8 | 9-12 | 13-15 | 16-18

The competition will be judged by the Glasshouse Regional Gallery Curator.

When:
Competition opens 10 January, 2024
Entries must be received by 19 April, 2024
Finalists will be displayed 6 July - 18 August, 2024
Finalists and winners will be announced on opening night: Friday 5 July, 6pm
