The Honey Sliders are back with a new show that takes aim at 1975, a year when Bruce Springsteen went Born to Run, Led Zeppelin served up the sprawling Physical Graffiti with Kashmir tucked inside, David Bowie kept reinventing himself with Golden Years, Fame and Young Americans, Fleetwood Mac eased Rhiannon into the charts, Bob Dylan sharpened Blood on the Tracks, Neil Young released Tonight's the Night and Zuma, and Willie Nelson hit number one with Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain. That list barely scratches the surface of a year that kept writers busy and record players spinning.

They will play those songs and plenty more live on stage, delivered with a relaxed, slightly wry touch rather than polished impersonation. Expect familiar favourites, a few surprises, and the kind of set that makes you remember why 1975 still sounds good.
