The Big Chill Out, Celebrating The Soundtrack That Saved Motown, is your chance to kick back and revisit those groovy tunes from the Big Chill movie that apparently rescued Motown from obscurity. Expect a laid-back live gig featuring old-school gems from Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, and a quirky lineup including The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Spencer Davis Group, The Band, Procol Harum, plus others, all played by a solid band with some storytelling thrown in.

Its fronted by Judah Kelly, the bloke who nabbed The Voice Australia in 2017, and Asabi Goodman, whos starred in Chicago and Hairspray. Tickets go for adult at $79.90, concession $74.90, groups of six or more $69.90, under 18s $49.90, or family packs with two adults and two kids at $219.60. It kicks off Thursday 26 February 2026 at 7:30pm till 9:50pm at Glasshouse Theatre, 30 to 42 Clarence Street and Hay Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
