If you've got a little Picasso or a budding Van Gogh at home, you might want to check out the Glasshouse Sprouts art sessions happening in Port Macquarie. These sessions are perfectly crafted for kids aged 4 to 9 who are eager to unleash their inner creatives. With local artists Lucy Pascale and Claire Johnson steering the ship, your kids will have a blast dabbling in art and trying out their imaginative ideas. Plus, parents and carers can tag along for free, so feel free to channel your inner cheerleader (or art critic) while they're making masterpieces.

Happening during the school holidays from April 17 to April 24, you can swing by the Glasshouse Theatre's Ground Foyer. Just remember, it's not about who can paint the next Mona Lisa; it's all about having a good time and getting those creative juices flowing. The sessions run at various times, so whether your little one's an early bird or a night owl, there's something for everyone. Tickets are just $15 for the kiddo and free for you – a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
