Get ready to kick back and blow off some steam at Smash Therapy Sessions during Youth Week 2025. If you're aged between 16 and 25 and feeling a bit frazzled or just want to have a blast, this free event is for you. Picture this: Step into our Rage Room where you can let loose and smash things to your heart's content. Ever wanted to destroy a printer? Now's your chance. Or if you're in the mood for a creative outlet, our Paint Room is waiting for you to unleash your inner Picasso—preferably without the rage.

Join us on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM at Smash Therapy PMQ on Jindalee Road in Port Macquarie. It's the perfect chance to catch up with mates and relieve some pressure while laughing at the absurdity of it all. Just remember to book ahead, because a wild thrashing at whatever we have on hand is way more fun when there's a crowd.
