Just a heads-up that there's a Seedy Sunday Special Storytime event coming up at the Port Macquarie Library, featuring none other than Aunty from Aunty's Farm. For those unfamiliar with her magic, Aunty is a children's entertainer and content creator who's made quite a name for herself bringing the joys and occasional mud-splatters of rural New South Wales farm life to young ones. She's the heart and soul behind the 'Aunty's Farm' YouTube series, which is a rather fun and surprisingly educational peek into what goes on when you're not in the big smoke.

Having cut her teeth growing up on beef and dairy farms, Aunty now shares her passion for nature, critters, and a bit of honest hard yakka through engaging videos that mix storytelling, outdoor capers, original tunes, some energetic dance moves, and even a bit of hands-on learning. She also somehow finds time to write children's books that capture that farm charm. Good news is, it's a freebie, though you'll need to register beforehand to secure your spot. Catch her on Sunday 24 August 2025, from 11:00 am until noon at the Port Macquarie Library, located at 32 Grant Street, Port Macquarie, New South Wales.
