Join us at Port Macquarie Library on Saturday 7th of September at 11.00am for a pickling and sauerkraut workshop- learn how to make your own sauerkraut and pickle those extra vegetables and herbs in your fridge. Bring your vegetables to life by increasing their flavour, nutrients and life span by making your own homemade jars of pickles and kraut.
