If you have a poodle, a groodle, a cavoodle, or basically any oodle that sounds like a brand of instant noodles, you are welcome. On the second last Sunday of July you can drag yourself and your fluffy mate to The Terrace at The Bowl in Port Macquarie for a morning of sniffs, wags, and low stakes socialising. You get a coffee and your dog gets a free pup cup, which is a tiny container of joy they will forget about in three seconds once a seagull appears. The whole thing costs nothing, so you can save your cash for whatever emergency vet visit your oodle inevitably causes.

It is on Sunday 19 July 2026 from 10am to midday at 159 Hastings River Drive, Port Macquarie, right on The Terrace. No need to bring anything except your dog, your wallet for coffee, and a willingness to chat with strangers who also think their dog is the smartest one there. Come along, it will be a hoot or a bark or both.
