Neighbourhood Watch, a longtime favourite on the NSW HSC Drama syllabus, serves up a mix of laughs, warm fuzzies, and the odd gut punch in an Aussie tale of hope, grief, scraping by, and unlikely mateships thatll suit grownups whether theyre fresh out of school or counting grandkids.

Director Hamish Keddie figures this sprawling play gets you wondering if we actually know the dodgy stories bubbling away in the suburbs. Tickets are $38 for adults, $35 concession, $30 for groups of 10 or more, and $23 under 18. Shows run Friday 27 February 2026 from 8pm to 9:45pm, Saturday 28 February from 2pm to 3:45pm, Sunday 1 March from 2pm to 3:45pm, Friday 6 March from 8pm to 9:45pm, Saturday 7 March from 8pm to 9:45pm, Sunday 8 March from 2pm to 3:45pm, Friday 13 March from 8pm to 9:45pm, Saturday 14 March from 2pm to 3:45pm, and Sunday 15 March from 2pm to 3:45pm, all at Players Theatre on 33 Lord Street in Port Macquarie.
