The Mid Coast Careers Market is basically a laidback spot for local jobs, study options and training courses to mingle with the community, while giving businesses a chance to show their faces. Its main gig is opening young eyes to the career paths, work and learning stuff thats actually around the corner, rather than some farflung fantasy.

Its geared towards Year 9 to 12 students, along with their teachers and parents, though the public can rock up too. Its free, happening Tuesday 5 May 2026 from 8:30am to 2pm at Port Macquarie Race Club on 283 Oxley Highway, Port Macquarie 2444.
