The Port Macquarie Hastings Volleyball Association is hosting beach volleyball sessions at Port Macquarie Town Beach, perfect for anyone aged 12 to 24 who fancies giving it a go, even if your idea of volleyball so far involves more flailing than finesse. They will cover basic techniques, skill warm ups disguised as games, and team practice rounds where sand in your shoes is the main hazard.

Expect three one hour slots rotating through activities, wrapping up with a showcase competition that might just reveal a hidden talent or two. All equipment provided, no experience necessary, and only 24 spots per session. Its free but registration is required.
