Get ready for the , where you can wander through a handful of delightful private gardens for six hours on Sunday, 27 October. The scenic Stewarts River valley is your backdrop as you stroll through everything from charming cottage gardens to mysterious woodland wonders, with some gardens looking like they just stepped out of a storybook and others still in their DIY phase. Don't worry, we won't judge; we all have our work in progress.

At just ten bucks for adults (and free for the little rascals), this is your chance to soak up some greenery in one of the prettiest spots this side of the sea. So pack the car and head to Hannam Vale Recreation Reserve, where you can enjoy the peace of nature and maybe even get a few gardening tips from the locals—or just admire the scenery and pretend you have a green thumb.
