Make your way to the Port Macquarie Library on Wednesday, 20th November at 5.30pm for an entertaining chat with the talented Courtney Collins. If the name doesn't ring a bell, she's the author of "The Burial," a novel that's made a splash in ten countries and has collected a few shiny nominations, such as the Nita B Kibble Literary Award and the Stella Prize. Plus, it's getting the Hollywood treatment as a feature film—pretty snazzy for a debut, wouldn't you say?

Courtney holds a Master of Creative Writing and is knee-deep in a PhD called 'Working Against Whiteness in Creative Literary Production,' which sounds as intriguing as it is complex. Whether you're a serious bookworm or just in the mood for some good storytelling and insights, you're bound to enjoy this evening.
