Bears of Hope Choosing Hope is a gentle walk of honour and remembrance for families who have experienced the loss of a baby. Each walk finishes with a quiet remembrance service and is timed around 15 October, International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Think of it as a calm, communal stroll rather than a fitness challenge — there will be room for sharing stories, pausing, and maybe the odd laugh or tear.

You, your family, friends and workmates are welcome to join the Laurieton walk in honour of a baby you hold close to your heart. It takes place on Sunday 12 October 2025, starting at 10:30 am from Laurieton United Services Club Riverfront, 2 Seymour Street, Laurieton 2443 NSW. Cost is Adults $25, Children 5–7 years $10, Children 0–4 years free. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat and a hanky if you think you might need one.
