Lucy's stirring up something called Authentic Relating over at Port Macquarie Library on Monday 21 July 2025. It's set to kick off at 11:00 am and wrap up around 12:30 pm. This shindig is all about getting a bit more connected, both inside your own head and with the actual people sharing the room.

Apparently, it eases you in with a simple, guided meditation, so no need to panic if you're not usually one for deep chats straight off the bat. From there, it blossoms into a series of games. Think less competitive sport and more observing, noticing, giving things a good old welcome, and then, rather bravely, revealing a bit of yourself and receiving some surprising insights from others. It's completely free to attend, which is excellent, but you will need to register your spot beforehand.
