Come along for a chinwag with local author and podcaster Adam Blum at the Port Macquarie Library on Friday, 4th July at 4.30 pm. Adam's life has been a wild ride filled with ups, downs, and a fair share of plot twists. At just 22 years old, he found himself grappling with some heavy stuff like severe depression and thoughts of checking out early. But don't worry, this story has a happy ending, thanks to a phone call that changed everything. Adam has managed to outsmart the 'black dog' of depression, and now he's here to share how he turned adversity into a whole lot of determination.

When he's not wearing his cape as a firefighter for the NSW Rural Fire Service, Adam can be found living the good life on the mid North Coast around Port Macquarie. He also runs a podcast called True Blue Conversations, where he dives into all sorts of interesting stories. So why not take a break from scrolling and join us for this free event?
