Get ready for the , kicking off on the evening of Friday, 23rd May and wrapping up after a leisurely lunch on Sunday, 25th May. The Port Macquarie Panthers Photographic Club is rolling out the welcome mat for all the snapping aficionados and their better halves from the NSW Northern Zone. It's your chance to mingle with other shutterbugs and maybe even share a few questionable Dad jokes about photography.

On the agenda is a photo display showcasing the entries for the Northern Zone competition, open for public admiration (and critique) starting from 2 pm on the 23rd. Feel free to cast your gaze upon the art and take a stab at judging your favourite piece; you might just find yourself in the running for a fabulous free family portrait – because nothing says 'I love you' like a forced smile in front of a camera. And if your own photography skills need some polishing, you can sign up for a no-cost basic photography workshop. Admission to the exhibition? Free. Workshops? Well, let's just say they're not on the house. So mark your calendars and brace yourselves for a weekend of fun, flashes, and perhaps a few too many photos of our lunch.
